Informational nature
The site presents our brand, textile materials, technology, environmental work, scenario solutions, examples and contact channels. It is not an online shop and does not accept orders or payments. Product concepts, test figures, environmental statements, use cases and examples are general information only. Binding specifications, performance, validation, price, supply and delivery are determined by project samples, test reports, quotations and the final written agreement.
Restricted administration
The CMS has no public registration. Only expressly authorised people may sign in using an email account they control and an individual password. Credentials and sessions must not be shared, transferred or rented. Users must act within assigned permissions and ensure they have rights to uploaded text, images and video. We may log operations and suspend access in response to compromise, abnormal activity or misuse.
Acceptable use
You receive a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to view public content or perform authorised CMS duties. You must not access systems without permission, bypass authentication or rate limits, probe vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, overload or scrape the service abusively, impersonate others, upload unlawful or infringing material, violate privacy or trade secrets, or commercially copy, mirror, modify, sell or redistribute site content without written permission.
Intellectual property and submissions
Unless stated otherwise, site text, images, video, layout, software, databases, product and brand names, logos and marks belong to us or their respective owners. You retain rights in material you submit, while granting us permission to use it as necessary to answer an enquiry, evaluate a project, collaborate internally, preserve versions and publish approved content. Do not send unnecessary confidential information before an appropriate confidentiality agreement is in place.
Third-party services
Links and QR codes may lead to WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin and other services operated under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control those services or guarantee their availability. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to maintain the site but may change or suspend it for maintenance, security, legal requirements, network incidents, force majeure or third-party infrastructure. Users must independently assess whether general information is suitable for a project. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or unforeseeable loss not caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We do not exclude death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, unlawful data processing, or any liability and consumer right that cannot be limited.
Privacy and changes
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy for the selected language. We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, operational or functional changes. Material changes affecting CMS users will be notified by an appropriate channel and may require renewed acknowledgement.
Law, disputes and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
